Newark Police Seek Suspect in Assault of NJ Transit Bus Driver

During this exchange, the suspect slapped the driver in the face.
The assault left the driver shaken, though it is not immediately clear if she sustained any physical injuries.
The suspect is described as a Black man with red and black hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black jacket and pants, a black hat, and a gray hoodie.
The Newark Police Department is actively investigating the incident and has asked anyone with information to come forward. Authorities believe that someone may have witnessed the altercation or have additional details that could help in identifying the suspect.
