The Collin County medical examiner, Dr. Chester Gwin, confirmed that Lucy’s fatal wound was caused by another person. The report also stated that she had no alcohol or drugs in her system at the time of her death.
Following the incident, an inquest was opened at Warrington Coroner’s Court in England on February 12 to further investigate her death.
