Among them is LaTasha Polk, a beloved nursing assistant and mother, remembered for her radiant smile and caring nature. Edward Pettifer, a British citizen with ties to the Royal Family, and Terrence Kennedy, a New Orleans native who loved the vibrancy of his city, were also among the deceased.
