One of the released images captures Jabbar walking along Dauphine Street near Governor Nicholls Street at 2:03 a.m. CST, roughly an hour before the devastating attack. In the footage, Jabbar is seen wearing a light brown long coat over a dark button-down shirt, paired with blue jeans and brown dress shoes.

Another critical image reveals one of two coolers containing improvised explosive devices (IEDs) placed by Jabbar near the intersection of Bourbon and Orleans Streets. The cooler, packed with explosives, was strategically positioned before Jabbar drove his pickup truck into a crowded area, adding to the destruction.
