SHOCKING: Two Arrested for Armed Robberies at Henderson Banks

Las Vegas, NV – In a dramatic turn of events, police arrested two suspects linked to a pair of armed bank robberies in Henderson last month. Denzel Jones, 23, and Trashauna Outlaw, 21, now face multiple felony charges, including robbery with a deadly weapon, burglary, and assault.

The crime spree began on January 18 at approximately 9:10 a.m. when Henderson police responded to an armed robbery at Chase Bank, located at 90 North Stephanie Street, near the 215 Freeway. Authorities reported that a suspect, armed with a black handgun, threatened employees and customers before fleeing in a waiting vehicle.

Exactly a week later, on January 25, another armed robbery was reported at America First Credit Union on South Eastern Avenue, near West Horizon Ridge Parkway. The incident occurred just after 9:10 a.m., mirroring the previous crime. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in either case.

Following an extensive investigation, Henderson detectives identified Jones and Outlaw as the prime suspects. Their capture became a coordinated effort between the Henderson Police Department, the FBI, the North Las Vegas Police Department, and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. On Saturday, February 1, authorities successfully located and arrested both suspects without incident.

Jones and Outlaw now face two counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, two counts of burglary with a deadly weapon, eight counts of assault with a deadly weapon, and two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery. Law enforcement officials continue to investigate potential connections to other crimes.
