According to the crime report, Hartley became enraged after receiving his delivery, claiming it was incorrect. Armed with a gun, he chased down the FedEx truck, demanding that the driver remain on-site until the correct package was produced. The worker, fearing for their life, had no choice but to comply until authorities arrived.
