A Florida couple is now behind bars after being caught in a public act of indecency during daylight hours. The incident took place in a Wendy’s parking lot, where police officer Parker Moody discovered them in a compromising situation.

According to the police report, Demetria Wilson, 53, and Tymario Merrell, 29, were lying on the ground behind a bus stop, which was in full view of a busy highway and right in front of the fast-food restaurant. Moody stated that Wilson was not wearing pants, and Merrell had his pants pulled down while engaging in inappropriate activity.

Both individuals were arrested and charged with committing an unnatural and lascivious act. The court set Wilson’s bond at $150 and Merrell’s at $500. Reports indicate that both have previous legal troubles and have pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Florida School Principal Arrested for Hosting Underage Party

In another shocking Florida incident, a school principal was arrested after hosting a party where over 100 students were drinking alcohol. Elizabeth Hill-Brodigan, 47, the principal of Roosevelt Elementary School, now faces charges of child neglect, contributing to the delinquency of minors, and hosting an illegal open house party.

Authorities arrived at her Cocoa Beach home on January 19 and discovered teenagers consuming alcohol from coolers. Officers noted that some of the students were wearing matching shirts, indicating an organized event. One minor was reportedly so intoxicated that they required emergency medical assistance.

As police worked to manage the situation, Hill-Brodigan attempted to avoid detection by turning off the outside lights of her home. Fire rescue teams had to use their vehicle’s auxiliary lighting to provide care to the intoxicated minor.

Additional Arrests Linked to the Party

Law enforcement also arrested a young driver near the party for DUI. Additionally, Karly Anderson, 45, a teacher who admitted to attending the event, was charged with child neglect and contributing to the delinquency of minors.

Investigations revealed that multiple juveniles and their parents were aware of the event. After gathering enough evidence, police obtained an arrest warrant for Hill-Brodigan. She and Anderson are now facing legal action for their roles in endangering minors.
