The Wood County Grand Jury has recently handed down multiple indictments, focusing on a variety of serious criminal offenses. Among the key cases, Bradley Joseph Cantwell has been indicted in connection with the deaths of a Walker couple, James Clifton Bailey and Felicia Jean Goff, after a fire that authorities suspect was intentionally set following a fatal shooting.
Hearl Thomas Collins has also been charged with the murder of 22-year-old Morgan Lee Stutler-Lott.
In addition to these, the list of indictments includes individuals facing charges such as drug delivery, possession with intent to distribute, domestic violence, and burglary. Notable cases involve Michelle Renee Allman, indicted on fraud charges, Deane Allen Beck Jr. for possession of a stolen vehicle, and Timothy James Brown for domestic battery.
These legal proceedings highlight the ongoing efforts by local law enforcement and the Wood County Prosecutor’s Office to address and prosecute criminal activity within the area. The individuals named in these indictments will now proceed to trial, with the judicial system working to ensure justice is served.
