Georgia Woman, 19, Arrested for Shooting TikTok Video of Abuse on Disabled Man

A healthcare worker from Georgia, Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, is facing serious charges after a video of her dancing inappropriately on top of a disabled person’s head went viral. The 19-year-old, wearing scrubs and a stethoscope, was seen gyrating and twerking over a disabled man’s head in a video she posted online. The video, which was originally shared on TikTok, has since been removed. Police were alerted to the footage after it gained attention on social media.

The Loganville Police Department began investigating the incident and charged Koiyan with exploitation of a disabled person. The police learned about the video on January 23, 2025. The video showed Koiyan dancing provocatively while standing over a man who was seated in a chair. Authorities took action by executing both a search and an arrest warrant for Koiyan. She was arrested at her home in Loganville on Tuesday.

Loganville Police Chief Dick Lowry expressed his strong disapproval of the video. He said, “When I watched it, disgusted is the only word I know. He is disabled, and making the video and posting it for your own benefit is the exploitation of that person.”

Koiyan allegedly recorded and posted another similar video in which she danced over the head of a different disabled man who was sitting in a bathtub. After facing backlash for the videos, Koiyan tried to defend her actions by posting another clip. In the video, she claimed, “It’s not what it is, trust and believe. All I gotta say for now is angles play a big part. He looks very aware and comfortable to me.”

The police are still considering whether she will face charges for the second video. Chief Lowry mentioned that they are continuing their investigation. Koiyan is currently being held at the Walton County Jail.

It’s unclear if Koiyan is licensed as a healthcare worker, but she is believed to be part of an in-home adult day care program. Authorities have checked on the victims in the videos and confirmed that they are not in any immediate danger.
