In a dramatic turn of events, four individuals have been arrested following a possible gang-related shooting in San Clemente, California. Orange County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to reports of gunfire in the early hours of February 23, uncovering shell casings and other evidence of a shooting at the scene.
Authorities say the situation escalated when a suspect vehicle was later located in Dana Point. When deputies attempted to stop the vehicle, it yielded in San Juan Capistrano. Two individuals fled on foot—one of them armed with a handgun—before being apprehended. Two other individuals remained inside the vehicle and were also taken into custody.
