A tragic accident in Las Vegas resulted in the death of a bicyclist after a driver fled from a traffic stop. Metro police attempted to pull over a vehicle for a traffic infraction around 7:33 a.m. at Charleston and Lamb. However, the driver sped off, heading northbound on Lamb, during which they collided with another vehicle.
The officer who was pursuing the vehicle soon found the suspect’s car crashed into a wall, with the bicyclist hit in the process. Medical personnel arrived at the scene, confirming the bicyclist had died from their injuries.
