Philadelphia police have arrested and charged Bilal Simmons in connection with the double murder of Jocelynn Marshall, 35, and Terrell Sanders, 39, inside a North Philadelphia home on December 19, 2024.
Authorities discovered the victims around 3:03 p.m. at a residence on the 1800 block of Diamond Street. Both Marshall and Sanders suffered multiple gunshot wounds and were pronounced dead at the scene.
Following an investigation, Simmons was identified as the suspect. He now faces charges including murder, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, and other related offenses. However, police have not disclosed a motive for the crime.
