Authorities in Burke County, Georgia, identified Antwan Herndon, of Waynesboro, who came forward to the Burke County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday evening, leading to his arrest.

Herndon is now in custody, awaiting extradition to Augusta, and his mugshot is pending.
