Louisiana Influencer ‘Mr. Prada’ Faces Death Penalty in Therapist Murder Case

TikTok star Terryon Thomas, known as “Mr. Prada 456,” has been indicted by a Louisiana grand jury on charges of first-degree murder, obstruction of justice, aggravated criminal damage to property, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The 20-year-old influencer is accused of killing 69-year-old Baton Rouge therapist Dr. Nicholas Abraham in September 2024.

Authorities allege that Dr. Abraham was murdered in Thomas’s apartment on Essen Lane, Baton Rouge. The victim’s body was later discovered wrapped in a tarp on the roadside in rural Tangipahoa Parish, east of Baton Rouge.

Police began investigating Thomas after he was spotted driving Dr. Abraham’s car. When officers attempted to stop him, Thomas fled to Texas, where he was eventually arrested by Dallas police.

A search of Thomas’s apartment revealed weapons, sharp objects, and a significant amount of Dr. Abraham’s blood, according to investigators. Witnesses also reported seeing Thomas struggling to carry a blue tarp—later confirmed to contain Dr. Abraham’s body—down the stairs of his apartment building before loading it into the victim’s car.

Dr. Abraham’s cause of death was determined to be blunt force trauma to the head, neck, and shoulders. Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Gerald Sticker described the crime as a “very violent and physical death.”

At the time of the murder, Thomas had more than 4 million TikTok followers, attracting fans with his bold fashion choices and luxury brand showcases. His attorney expressed shock over the charges, describing Dr. Abraham as a kind and gentle man with a “servant’s heart.”

If convicted of first-degree murder, Thomas could face the death penalty. He remains in custody without bond as of Thursday.

This tragic case has shocked the Baton Rouge community, as Dr. Abraham was well-known for his work as a therapist. The grand jury’s indictment allows the case to move forward to trial, where Thomas will face the serious allegations against him.
